What does the day to day look like?

• Manage and control defaulted debt using telephony collection and trace activity, supported by litigation action where appropriate. 
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls updating records accurately after each call.
• Advise and negotiate with customers on suitable, affordable and sustainable repayment plans to drive the best possible customer outcome.
• Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure, where appropriate, tailored support has been offered before consideration of vehicle recovery and potential litigation activities.
• Display strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and communicate well whilst negotiating positive outcomes.
• Recognise potential customer vulnerability and tailor the approach accordingly to achieve positive outcome, ensuring that appropriate breathing space is provided.

What shifts would I be working?

• This role will require you to work on a rota basis of five days across seven, working 35 hours per week. The business operating hours are Monday to Friday (8am – 8pm); Saturday and Sunday (9am – 6pm).
